For the past 15+ years, I have had the privilege in serving for some of the best hospitality brands in the greater area of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Till this day, it has inspired me to become an effective Multi Unit Leader for several established brands. I've been given the opportunity to develop excellent guest & associate satisfaction retention, as well as maintaining companies' overall ROI growth. My passion is to continue to serve in the hospitality or similar industries to develop key associates that can lead the next generation of business. Most recently Sethi Management has partnered with Hotel Equities to become a powerhouse of hospitality.
