Hello! My name is Patrick Mackey, and I am a student at the University of South Carolina in the Darla Moore School of Business. I am an International Business and Finance major and am seeking a minor in Spanish. I am currently completing Darla Moore School of Business classes while working to gain honors credit.This past summer, I interned at Stockyards Bank & Trust, a commercial bank in Louisville, Kentucky. I loved giving financial advice and helping clients achieve their financial goals. By analyzing data graphs and charts, I was able to help clients plan their futures and keep them on an organized path. I am interested in helping people manage their finances and helping them be successful.I am currently involved in a philanthropy organization called Relay for Life that helps raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society. In this community, I am on the Team Development Committee. On this committee, I reach out to local businesses and organizations in the Columbia area seeking to organize events where Relay for Life can raise money for our cause.
