Professional with 20+ years of experience working in IT software development and 13+ years at Dell. As Cross Product Lead role within Facilities & Physical Security domain, I'm partnering with Product Managers on leadership and stakeholder communications on cross-cutting (interlock) teams’ progress, priorities, and roadblocks, besides assuring the different product teams are working in the right priorities and delivering business outcomes. Also, as change agent, I've been helping Product Managers within same domains to improve their ability to deliver by using my agile/lean skills to help them improve their processes as well as improve them in the product model & mindset adoption.Prior to this role, I've been supporting Corporate/HR/Talent/Legal/Payroll/Internal Learning domains for about 10 years, started as developer moving to developer lead with major work focusing on point-to-point and end-to-end integrations and developing + configuration of different applications (~4 years), later moving as project and program manager (~8 years), facilitating different initiatives crossing multiple interlocks within same space. With Dell adopting a product model mindset, I moved to Product Manager, supporting mainly the Payroll product line, with main focus on time and attendance, but also supporting communication and tracking as program manager in the payroll processing product.
