Led large web projects on Autodesk’s web properties (online store, marketing and support websites)• Directed the Web Support user experience redesign program. Achieved 10% increase in Customer satisfaction and 75% increase in self-service rate, which eliminated the need for phone support.• Drove the implementation of Autodesk’s Live Chat solution on the online store and support website.
