- Helped lead the 20-person account team for Discover Financial Services, working as the client relationship lead for its global payments network and community affairs channels as well as its Diners Club International business.- Led global planning/activation to support Diners Club’s sponsorship of the World’s 50 Best restaurants. Programming included a video-rich social media campaign, #BestMealEver, that set industry benchmarks for Twitter engagement.- Client Relationship lead for BP, in charge of leading an account team of 12 to develop well-integrated consumer PR programs that promoted B2C product launches, B2B marketing programs and CSR efforts. - Collaborated closely with BP throughout the 2010 oil spill, developing communications strategies and in-store collateral for the brand’s network of franchised sites; Hosted executive media/message training, and offered 24/7 PR crisis response support- Worked with the BP Fuels team in support of several high profile sports sponsorships: the United States Olympic Committee; Chicago Cubs/White Sox; New York Giants, Cleveland Indians- Led Redbox consumer PR efforts, in addition to the successful 2012 launch of Redbox Instant by Verizon – a joint venture between Redbox and Verizon to introduce the brands’ first streaming video platform. Was responsible for executive training, brand positioning as well as trade and national business media relations.- Client Relationship Lead for the Motel 6 business, which spanned consumer PR support, corporate/B2B communications and social media activation as the iconic brand renovates its U.S. network, and revitalizes its brand image. Also worked with global agency partners in London, Germany and Mexico, to further drive awareness of Motel 6 and elevate the brand’s status abroad- Supervised UOP/Honeywell’s initial foray into social listening as a means to gather intelligence that informs business decisions and future marketing efforts
