Role included designing autocad virtual models of data centers along with BIM controls for AI data centers across four global regions. Other projects included product ownership of a new a react design system, and designing internal AI models for internal enterprise support.

Helping to setting up a Software division at Fluke, I built out connected systems to architect a SAAS platform. I set up a React based Design System on top of our new Rest API with proper data schemas. The goal was to get a system that IT could easily understand and begin to add applications on top of this new platform.

Over two years, I led a UX operations overhaul of the internal handheld for team members in stores. Reduced about 40 tasks to 3 types of interactions and made work easier for store team members. Built a new design system on Android Kotlin. Created similar UX work in Target's supply chain. Building simple tools, reducing complexity, helping first, middle, and last mile for target team members.

I served and led a group of UX research, architects, and product creators. We built a great design system using Vue. The UX team launched 9 healthcare and financial products that covered customer, company and enterprise platform software. Led UX for the HSA Mobile app, customer experience, research and guided teams to build a new platform that allowed employer and state level controls for member groups with health savings accounts.

Reported to the VP of Strategy and Automation, I served matrix-teams of designers and developers to build Adobe Experience Manager tools and software. I architected, coded and served the team that built the new enterprise asset management system. I helped lead the design build of flexible AEM components with fluent skills in LESS, CSS, HTML, XML, SQL. Working knowledge includes AngularJS, ReactJS, and JAVA. All that is great for interviews, but the real gems were caring about coworkers and finding ways to do life together at work.

Served matrix-teams of designers. Planned, designed, prototyped, and coded experiences for UHG/Optum applications and software. Products included websites and hybrid apps for Optum, OptumRx, Optum Bank, and UnitedHealth Group. Use of Axure, Adobe Experience Manager, Brackets, and Rally were strong points. Worked with all areas of the Optum business both Healthcare services and financial services. Used user testing and Adobe Test & Target to make adjustments to products.

Worked in an Internal agency and created mobile solutions for OptumRx, Optum Bank. Focus was on Interface design, writing CSS examples for developers, building Axure prototypes, Q&A, accessibility, and documentation for development. OptumRx app made Optum $120 million more in 2015 with the help of our work on the mobile platform. Collaborated with BA’s, Designers, Front-end Developers, System Engineers around the business to bring products to market. Used Axure, Sketch, Adobe to deliver user experience in healthcare.

Supplied clients with fully-branded efforts, including digital and system offerings. Took small businesses from zero to a reliable startup position. Customer research, wireframes, branding, UX design, and CMS systems support.

Agency work included UX design for 3M, Microsoft, Aramark, BASF, Valspar. Created UX for native IOS mobile and tablet, and a few android devices (ported). Research, content audits, and then presenting work in sitemaps and wires. Core strength was app hierarchy, prototyping, and clean Interaction design. Expert use in Adobe, Axure and Coda (CSS). Secondary responsibilities included CMS with Wordpress and SiteCore. Great understanding of device side IOS development process (Objective C, Swift). Largest success: Completed apps for Aramark, 3M and Microsoft within a 12 week timeline.

Experience with product positioning with a library of over 100 internal brands. Created HTML email campaigns. Used analytics to measure KPIs and make adjustments.
