As Managing Director for Bonner, my primary role is to continue to lead Bonner as a company that our clients can depend on with all their Instrumentation, Calibration and Automation requirements and implement new ideas and systems that will help our clients achieve their process, manufacturing and monitoring goals including their regulatory requirements.- Implement the Bonner vision, mission, and overall direction including strategy- Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the company and its performance- Formulating and implementing the strategic plans of the business- Oversee the operation of Bonner in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans- Seek new opportunities for our products, systems and services with existing clients and potential new clients- Implement and guide the company through Objectives and Key Results- Review and develop close relationships with key suppliers for Instrumentation and Automation systems and services- Lead the management team and put the structures in place to enhance and grow for individuals in our company
