Merlin Securities was a privately held, technology intensive Prime Brokerage Services company with over 100 employees. Their largest external investor was Sequoia Capital, the venture capital firm based in California.Merlin provided a variety of solutions to hedge funds, including; seamless multi-prime custody, using JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and National Bank of Canada. Merlin also provided capital introduction services, stock loan and full trading, risk and aggregation solutions.
