Responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing onshore and offshore teams. Performed daily technical tasks and project work as well as troubleshooting technical problems, resolving performance issues, minimizing downtime, implementing technical solutions while staying current with the underlying technologies involved.

My responsibilities include backup and recovery, software development and maintenance, disaster recovery and system security. My role also requires me to be knowledgeable in multiple Oracle technologies such as RDBMS, EBS, Oracle RAC, Exadata, Data Guard, OBIEE, WebLogic and WebCenter, but I am also current with several storage technologies, multiple operating systems and countless third-party products and how they integrate with across the IT enterprise. I have experience in several industries such as transportation, finance, education, manufacturing, and healthcare which I leverage to bring a greater in depth understanding to how my customers have configured Oracle to meet their business needs.

Enterprise applications management for the Oracle Applications, Siebel Sales Force Automation, Oracle Portal and home grown custom applications.

Organized and developed several assessment workshops of which the goal was to outline the effort required to install, upgrade or re-implement the Oracle Applications. Lead several engagements resulting from the assessments.

A consulting firm where I engaged several Fortune 500 clients with a primary focus with Oracle Application implementations, migrations, upgrades and software development.

Responsible for backup and recovery, software development and maintenance, disaster recovery and system security. Provided end user support for application, network, PBX and related telephone services to over one hundred users. Upgraded hardware on printers, terminals, PC's and phone systems.
