The resource is open at depth and along strike, has favourable metallurgy and the company plans to advance the project to feasibility and permitting. Blue Moon also owns 100% of the Yava Polymetallic project on strike to Glencore's Hackett River deposit.

Cub Energy is a Black Sea Region-focused upstream oil and gas company in Ukraine. Cub’s strategy is to use western technology and capital, combined with local expertise to create value in its undeveloped land base, building a portfolio of high-margin producing oil and gas assets. Cub Energy acquired Anatolia Energy in 2013 where Mr. McGrath was CFO.

CFO of Anatolia since commencement of operations. Anatolia is an oil and gas company focused on conventional and unconventional plays in Turkey. Led Anatolia’s efforts in going public on TSX Venture Exchange and assisted in capital raises in excess of $25 million to fund ongoing exploration efforts. Anatolia was acquired by Cub Energy Inc. in June 2013.

Played instrumental role in restructuring Porto as CFO, including the restructuring of approximately $20 million in debt, consolidating Porto’s oil and gas working interests back to virtually 100% and the placement of the management team. Assisted in private capital raises of approximately $30 million and Porto’s $70 million IPO on the TSX Venture Exchange in early 2011 to fund its exploration efforts.

Co-founded Hawthorne and took it public via an IPO on the TSX Venture Exchange. As CFO, led acquisition of advanced northern BC gold project valued at $20 million and led equity financings in excess of $32 million.

Co-founded Adriana and assisted in debt and equity raises in excess of $50 million. Assisted in the acquisition of the iron ore assets in northern Quebec as well as the port land acquisition in Brazil. Assisted in the negotiation of the strategic agreement with ArcelorMittal on the port opportunity valued in excess of $300 million.
