Executive and Board Reporting – Managed, designed, produced, reconciled and delivered accurate and timely executive reporting of membership movements, inforce and GM2 (P&L) metrics for the MPL and ahm brands on daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Strategic Insights and Analysis - I worked closely with the insights and forecast manager and team analysts to deliver accurate and informed insights that supported executive reporting.Corporate Planning - I supported and engaged in the Corporate Planning process updating data sets critical to the forecast process and updated executive reports with updated forecasts as required.EDW and Microstrategy Office - Enabled and led the executive reporting transition to the newly implemented EDW environment and new membership metrics and attributes in Microstrategy.SME for membership movement data - I quickly established myself as the SME for all movement and inforce metrics within the reporting system down to a product level and used this knowledge to enhance and expand executive insights and analysis that supported high level executive reports. Process Redesign - I transformed daily reporting of movement metrics which enabled a far more efficient delivery of daily information and allowed for enhanced reporting vs forecast and other measures that were critical for operational requirements. Data Testing and Analysis – I designed and co-ordinated systems and UAT testing and liaised closely with the IT project team and PM for all membership movements’ data with the upgrade of Microstrategy Office and integration of ahm data into the EDW.
