O'Fallon's Economic Development Director leads a team that proactively identifies and engages business enterprises seeking to start, locate, expand and/or keep operations within the City. The Director oversees a marketing campaign to promote O'Fallon as a location for new economic growth, capital investment, quality of life, and workforce opportunities.The Director is responsible for articulating the City's position on economic development and a key member of the City's legislative committee. The Director reviews fiscal notes, coordinates with public policy advocates, and communicates directly with elected officials. The Director builds and maintains relationships with economic development partners, business leaders, community organizations, professional associations, and public institutions.

Developed "Select O'Fallon" brand, launched the business attraction website www.SelectOFALLON.com, and directs a marketing campaign utilitizing social, print, and broadcast media targeted to business decision-makers, developers, and real estate consultants.
