As ETS coordinator the main responsibilities are related to coordination, information management, IT and telecommunications management and strategy along with customer support and service for communities. IT and telecommunications management and strategy at all level : infrastructure, security, service delivery are key for this position where the ETS coordinator (me) is also responsible for the unit budget. I am responsible for initial assessment for projects and for project management and implementation ensuring the projects delivers it promises effectively and efficiently bringing added values for the organization.

ICT policy, management and technic:1) ICT end user support, ICT emergency preparedness and response, ICT Business continuity and disaster recovery.2) ICT management and planning: Staffing & budget, planning, project; technology awareness for best choices (strongness, reliability, scalability, security, fault and failure tolerance etc..) to meet business requirements taking into account budget constraint.3) Networking (cisco CCNA), System administration (Windows & Linux), Active Directory (AD) on windows server 2008....4) Oversee and support to telecom activities: regulation awareness, PABX MX-one (Aastra) and BP 182i and BP250 (Ericsson), interest in Unified Communications (UC), Point -to-point radio beam link, quick bridge, meshed network, radio communication ( VHF: handled, mobile, base and repeater --> GP 380 & 388, GM 360, GR 500 (retired technologies but still in use all over the world; DP 4801, DM 4601, Mototrbo DR 3000 new digital technology with GPS capability and other features) ; HF: codan NGT SRx; and new digital technology in HF world: Codan Envoy is of interest now.

Since February 2006 until now I work in Digicel Haiti as VAS engineer. I managed the Voice Mail, who called, the SMSC, GPRS (SGSN and GGSN), ADC and the Roamware platforms. I also work on the Invigo platform responsible for charging of the roaming SMS and Volubill responsible for charging of the WAP and Web sessions. March 2007 I work mainly on the new products using Linux, tomcat, oracle database mainly but mnesia too and the USSD codes. I also have some experiences with WAP and MMS using now SMS solutions. I also handle CSR.

I was the monitor for the MATHEMATICS exercises. I have bee also responsible to provide additional explanations to the students when they need that and to correct theirs copies after the exams.
