Re-mapped ODD to improve assessment of product market fit. Improvements led to enhanced human detection and object differentiation. OI: Pivoted CVML team from Blue River team to John Deere’s Intelligent Systems Group (ISG): Worked closely with early adopters, such as the largest US solar farm, on testing. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to move OI towards production. Collaborated with ISG to recruit new Product Manager as they took project lead. Autonomous Articulated Dump Truck (ADT): New Blue River project, working closely with Deere’s Construction & Forestry group. Traveled extensively to visit customers, assess ODD and unblock legal issues around data-sharing agreements for CVML model training. Worked with team through demonstration of early prototype.  Autonomy Stack Product Manager: Leadership role on new project at Blue River. Team charter: create autonomy software to accelerate solution timelines by 100-1,000x. Early focus on image processing pipeline (C++, CUDA), auto-calibration of 16 camera array. Collaborated on and developed the software for an integrated training system for long-distance marksmanship. The training system enables renewal of paper targets without human involvement and remote monitoring and shot scoring via computer vision. Intended range of operation is 300 yards+Technologies for the successful proof-of-concept included Python 2.7, Python 3.4, OpenCV 2.4.x, Raspberry Pi running Debian "wheezy" and "jessie" Linux distributions, Digi XBee (long-range wireless communications).Project discontinued commercially due to lack of funding, but remains active for personal use.

Formatic's technology focused on the real-time analysis of the user experience during the navigation of forms-intensive applications e.g. insurance applications.Forms-intensive applications have high rates of abandonment. Quantifying the behavior patterns that lead to user abandonment (as opposed to using subjective judgment) enabled rapid optimization of the user experience. Two key benefits were:- Reduced abandonment rates / increased completion rates- Identification of fraudulent applicationsThe main technology used on the client side was JavaScript. On the server-side: Java, Python 2.7, Hadoop running on Amazon Cloud instances.Successfully implemented Formatic's technology in the insurance and higher-education markets as paid proof-of-concept engagements.Exited from Formatic due to a lack of funding to build a fully-fledged application around these concepts. At the time of exit, Formatic's technology was regarded as a very interesting feature rather than a full application by the target insurance market.

Worked closely with clients, brokers, external counsel, ratings agencies and specialist accounting firms. Director of many special purpose entities holding billions of dollars of assets as a result of this business. Deferred revenue from the successful growth of this team was critical to Chatham's health through the financial crisis of 2007-2010.

Participated in Capital Markets training program. Initially assisted other team members in consulting roles before moving on to handle client relationships. Advised clients on their exposure to interest rate risk and assisted them in hedging this exposure using OTC derivative products.

Originally with OnLink Technologies, provider of a web-based solution (using AJAX-like technology) for the interactive configuration of complex products on the web. OnLink was acquired by Siebel - and the team became in-house experts in the "Interactive Selling" group at Siebel - part of Product Marketing. This team was also responsible for Siebel's ILOG based configurator and auction software (acquisition of OpenSite). Awarded a Siebel Star and MVP for work in this group with major clients such as IBM and AT&T. Later moved to the direct sales team as a District Manager.
