I'm the HR/Operations manager for Motiv in Austin, TX. My experience spans from accounting to broadcast media. Over the years I've been given the description as someone that "wears many hats", but I prefer to take a page from baseball. Call me a "utility player". I manage staff, handle HR functions including payroll, benefits, retirement compliance, along with my experience in accounting involving bookkeeping, financial reports and tax returns. Then there's media. I have experience in social media, along with broadcast production. I can handle preparation of a corporate tax return, but can also edit and product broadcast shows.My wife and I spend our free time working with various animal rescues in the area. We’ve fostered abandoned and neglected animals that needed treatment and to find them new homes.
