One of my latest achievements was converging multiple dispirit systems into one Dynamics 365 Digital transformation in Azure and aligning all global business processes . I also headed the global rollout of a cloud based service desk and the global rollout of Office365 using Migration Wiz and the standardization of all global utilities and infrastructure so an IT catalogue could be produced giving the business a true cost per seat/project. A major project delivered was the design/build and implementation of our online presence which now manages the complete global supply chain which has won many awards. I started in the company in the UK over 28 years ago and progressed up through the company who staffed over 1000 global staff members at last count with an IT team size of over 30 reporting to me using both internal and outsourced staff depending on requirements. Having worked with the same company for many years and have expanded and grown with the company and worked my way up through each level to the board of directors which I thoroughly enjoyed, I have gained extensive knowledge of business procedure and IT along the way. I have worked in over 23 countries to which I travelled regularly as I headed up the change management and business restructures in these regions and working with Vendors/Manufacturing and Global clients on a regular basis has given me a unique perspective on regional and global practices and governances.
