Current• 25 years in Senior Management with a cross section of Multinational and Indigenous Manufacturing organisations in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Chemical, Waste Management, Electrical, Security and Fulfilment sectors• Proven, twenty years’ experience in manufacturing, sourcing, purchasing, and cost-estimating• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a wide array of experience in World Class Manufacturing, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing projects • Approved Lean Consultant on the Enterprise Ireland Lean Consultants register• ISO/GMP experience and successful qualification of ISO quality systems across 5 organisations• Business Adviser to the Small to Medium Enterprise Sector with excellent leadership skills • Responsible for optimisation of the supplier base into a select group of proven high quality suppliers and strategic partners relationships• Work closely with all levels of management within the Company to determine needs, develop strategies and plan and provide procurement sources in support of those needs• Delivery of International MBA programs in Supply Chain Management and Sourcing for Manchester Business School Worldwide Global MBA Program • Experienced lecturer in Operations Management, Retail Simulation and Project Management at both MBA and Undergraduate levels with Dublin Business School• Lectures in Project Management, Strategy Formation, Strategy Implementation, Business Simulation and Process Analysis & Management at Technical University Dublin
