I am an international finance professional, with extensive Business Performance Management, Corporate Finance, and Risk and Compliance expertise. Having worked 26 years at Shell I have managed projects and businesses significant in size and complexity. I have focused my career on value and risk management in an international environment. 20 years in international roles, the last 14 based in the UK and the Netherlands. I enjoy the challenge of bridging the gap between Business and Finance, supporting and challenging engineers, marketers, in understanding & maximising value creation levers and managing associated risks.Core competency areas and skills:• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and business development activities• Enterprise Risk Management, including assurance and compliance (ERM / GRC)• Business Financial management • Leadership: managing cross border functional communities, and leading organisational changes.
