Using a “business first” orientation, work under the leadership of the Director-Talent Center and am responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to St. John Providence Health System (SJPHS) leaders and associates. Deliver high quality candidates and advance the SJPHS brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding candidates through the SJPHS interview and selection process. Use a wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization to successfully recruit quality candidates that will uphold the SJPHS mission, vision and values. Assist in the development, recommendation, and implementation of Worklife Services (WLS) strategies aligned to those of SJPHS and its local operating units (LOUs), and assigned areas of responsibility. Also assists in the development and implementation of business-focused policies/contracts, procedures, and processes for SJPHS. Advocates change in key WLS areas, with emphasis on sourcing and staffing processes while leading and coaching assigned support staff.

Working as a Recruitment Intern, I take an active role in the sourcing and reviewing of applicants, assisting in job posting, and completing projects to further improve the quality of service provided by the St. John Providence Health System Talent Center Team.

Co-coordinator and developer for the Leadership Resource Consultant Program through Central Michigan University's Leadership Institute. As co-coordinator I have helped facilitate the development and continuation of a program focused on helping improve on-campus organizations through successful leadership development. The LRC Program utilizes custom workshops tailored to work toward the improvement of on campus organizations by identifying their weaknesses and working toward improving them through leadership development exercises.
