* Review and approve all month-end financials and prepare all shareholder reports* Served as Board member, secretary and treasurer* Manage Accounting, HR, IT, Customer Service and assist with other departments including Logistics, International Purchasing, etc.* Manage relationship with Wells Fargo Commercial Banking and control over operational cash and LOC* Manage LOC quarterly audits* Manage Workers Comp audits* Manage annual independent full financial and inventory audits* Manage corporate tax relationships and annual tax preparations* Create pricing of new and existing products increasing contribution margins to company* Manage and create projected forecasts and budgets* Manage insurance policies including benefits, commercial P&C, D&O, Workers Comp, etc.* Manage payroll, payroll taxes, sales and use taxes, for multiple states* Manage relationship with ADP, manage transition from in-house payroll to third-party

* Prepare and review all month-end financials and shareholder reports* Manage A/P, A/R, cash flow projections and other accounting functions and staff* Responsible for clean audits performed by Colorado, Idaho and Utah State Tax Commissions sales and use, and personal property tax* Responsible for all payroll and payroll taxes, including year-end reconciliations* Responsible for filing sales & use taxes, property taxes and preparation for year-end corporate income taxes* Manage revenue recognition and accrued expenses* Manage budget to actual* Manage banking and merchandising relationships
