Patrick Moran has over a decade of entrepreneurial experience. He’s a veteran of multiple campaigns, managed a federal PAC and advised on numerous government relations projects at both the local, state and federal levels.Patrick is also a small business owner, real estate investor and has directed over a dozen construction projects from design to implementation. The latter has made him skilled in engaging with local governments, on complex policy, land use and planning zoning issues.As CEO of Tactical Land Care LLC, he pioneered the use of renewable energy in property maintenance services. He then oversaw the expansion into sustainable residential construction and improvements in launching TLC Design. TLC recently hit $5M in sales with 20 percent year-over-year growth.Patrick is deeply involved in his Northern Virginia community. He has served as Executive Director of the International Spirit of Healing (ISOH), supporting the funding and construction of a wellness facility at the National Capital Treatment and Recovery Center in Arlington, VA.He currently chairs Alexandria’s Citizen Corps Council, a City Council-appointed commission. Under Patrick’s steadfast leadership, Citizen Corps launched the ResilientALX program to serve as a road map for the City’s strategic investment to mitigate the risk of extreme weather and public safety preparedness.An fitness enthusiast, Patrick also founded the non-profit organization Fitizen, which promoted community wellness through community gardens in New Haven CT, and introduced combined mindfulness and fitness programs to patients at Yale-New Haven Hospital.Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and was starting defensive lineman for the varsity football team. He’s has one daughter.
