Most notably I’ve helped build three industry-leading digital and social agencies in the UK and the US; companies that have pioneered how brands make meaningful connections with consumers in the 21st Century.These days I help both agencies and B2C brands thrive in a digital world.★ I help companies become digital-first organisations, and guide them through periods of transition and change. I also devise new work processes and policies, establish in-house content studios, and re-energise teams.★ I create digital campaigns, products, and software, that push the boundaries of what can be done, both technically and imaginatively, in an age when AI and social media are changing all the rules.★ I develop a company’s branding and culture, as they adopt new ESG policies, remote working practices, and B-Corp credentials.Rarely can you truly help without getting your hands dirty, and lead by example, sometimes in a permanent role, other times from a non-executive advisory or consulting standpoint. I’ve also provided commentary on celebrity and influencer culture for publications such as Vanity Fair, the New York Times and Variety, and lectured at the Universities of Southern California (LA) and Southampton.After so many years in big cities, hybrid working has afforded me the luxury of living on the South Downs in the UK, where I’m also an avid anthrozoologist (with a recent MA from the University of Exeter) and obsessive motorcycle rider.I have broad industry experience, with particular passion for entertainment and pop culture brands.
