Launched new engineering focused computer systems, standards and procedures involving several US sites converting a single CAD system and data management system. Managed a large staff and programmers to purchase the software and hardware, train and implement at all sites. Established corporate Kaizen Lean Six Sigma process. Lead many process improvement projects saving $1.1 mil/yr. Implemented the first Manufacturing Capabilities Standards to meet cpk requirements. Implemented the first company Standards and Procedures System. Developed Material Specification System for Six Sigma levels. As product engineer, developed gasket applications for Ford, Mack Trucks, Cummins/CDC and others. Known processes: steel stamping, rule die stamping, metal forming, welding, coating, screen printing, rubber molding.
