Among the industries I've worked for, you'll find: Health Insurance General Agency, Mental Health Clinics, Mortgage Banking, and Industrial Analytical and Detection Equipment.To cut to the chase—whatever your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and knowledge experts can convey to me, I can put into engaging eLearning or teach in a classroom or via the web.And through all of these industries, all of the CRMs, gas detectors, and pH probes, there was always the Patrick Naillon touch. As I've said in the past when asked why an employer shouldn't just hire a professional in their field (say, gas chromatography) to create their training materials, I say, "If you want to build a gas chromatograph, hire someone with a Masters in Gas Chromatography.
