Directs the company’s overall financial and accounting planning and practices, providing analysis and recommendations on all financial operations for both Flinthills Services, Inc. and the CDDO of Butler County.Supervise day-to-day operations of the accounting department to include oversight of payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, prepare appropriate consolidated financial reports and direct the Annual CPA audit.Enforce a Corporate Compliance Plan that identifies the mechanisms that are in place to prevent or detect waste, fraud, abuse and other wrongdoings and the response to complaints of a suspected offense.Manage and oversee all activities of Sandstone Homes, LLC. Including LIHC reporting & Compliance, prepare Financials for review by third party reporting agency.Development of strategic growth initiatives, business goals and objectives for the future growth of the Company.

The responsibilities of the Accounting Manager will be management of the Accounting Department and production of the financial reporting for the company. The role will report directly to the CFO who will be directing the IT initiatives, treasury function, and high level financial strategy. This position will have full responsibility for all general accounting, monthly financial reporting, internal management reporting, and budgeting and cash flow analysis.Manage the accuracy and productivity of the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, fixed asset records, and general accounting.Assume the lead in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, as well as provide analytically comparisons of actual results. Allocate expenses to appropriate departments and budgets.Respond to requests from external auditors (financial and bank) in the periodic review of the company financial records. Further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings.Process staff payroll and client payroll and all related reporting and filings associated.

Responsible for processing, filing accounts payable and accounts receivable, balances bank statements and processes consumer and staff payroll for both Flinthills Services, Inc. and the CDDO of Butler County.
