Leads Assembly, Inventory, and Production Planning teams within AWR division. Responsible for the strategic direction and the daily operations of AWR manufacturing.Leads a team of Technical Project Managers within Custom Automation, AWR, and ESD divisions. Directs the daily activities of the Project Management Office ensuring the Technical Project Managers are trained, mentored, and coached to act as the primary point-of-contact and ensure success for our customers.

- Manage, mentor, and develop the PMO to perform their key role in delivering Gosiger projects on time, in scope, and on budget. Build a team that drives projects forward.- See to it that the PMO is continuously upgrading their skills, improving technical competence, honing their communication skills, and improving their operational competence.- Establish and clearly define the PMO business processes and procedures. Train, manage, and audit conformance to these procedures.

-Drive sales of robot automation to end-user customers through Gosiger & other affiliated distributorships.-Responsible for defining and implementing strategies, plans and tactics to establish, develop, manage and maintain strong distribution partner and end-user customer relationships.

-Responsible for the overall delivery of a project; from proposal sign-off to customer acceptance.-Serve as the customer contact - present project status, manage project change process, manage customer expectations, escalate issues as appropriate, handle billing/invoice issues, and identify opportunities for follow-on work or new projects.-Escalate issues that impact timing or budget to management, and work with Operations Manager for additional resources, as needed, during project life cycle.

-Create sketches, illustrations, detail drawings and 3D models under supervision of senior engineers-Involved in all phases of the automation process from pre-sale concept drawings to final project implementation

-Facilitate growth of undergraduate engineering technology student by presenting Fluid Power material in a realistic and easily understood manner-Safely guide students through hands-on exercises in laboratory environment and field studies
