Perform in-depth bug investigations for issues reported in our Help Center and relay root cause analysis to the engineering team for patching. Develop code fixes for small bugs.Update / create automated tests as needed.

Function as the technical SME for Reggora's Open API and be primary point of contact for any client software development team building integrations into the Reggora platform. Understand client project needs, curate solutions, and communicate back to client developers on how to develop integrations.Identify bugs and product gaps within the Open API and open pull requests with code changes as needed.Advise the Product team on pain points experienced by integrating partners and help develop solutions to best address unique problems from a technical standpoint.Act as a general technical support to the larger customer success team as needed.
