EBE budget. • Converted LIT to dark fiber in the core network design and fiber to the cell for new and existing circuits.• Lead miscellaneous building upgrades, power plant, battery, and core data infrastructure across the region. • Directed the asset management team and staging facility of approximately 75,000 square feet and on average of $50-$80 million of assets. • Lead asset team along with the third party personnel within our 65k sq/ft staging facility. Manage Switch Equipment Engineering and Construction Engineering teams; total direct reports are currently 16 with approx. 6 third party staging facility personnel.• Manage an annual capital budget of approximately $280M on average including monthly, quarterly and yearly spending goals including CIP, leading the country on CIP. Region received special award from CTO on CIP management.• Coordinate and oversee third party general contractors responsible for the construction of new cell site towers and shelters. In 2013, successfully led the region to new record highs on cell builds, capital budget, and AWS installations.• Coordinate installation of equipment and construction by third party vendors associated with modification to existing cell sites including equipment additions, equipment changes, antenna modifications, and generator additions. Typically lead the country on Xpress bidding proposals.

• Led RF Design and System Performance team during transition period after the existing director was promoted to Executive Director at HQ.• Initiated several projects designed to add capacity to the Chicago LTE network.• Led department for several critical reviews including Operations Review, Plan of Record Review, and Executive debriefings.

• Lead team of highly technical engineers and provide leadership and guidance for the design, implementation and support of the Verizon Wireless data networks in the Region. These networks include commercial and internal LAN/WAN, e.g. CDMA data such as 1X, EvDO, DORA (EvDO Rev. A), WVN, MPLS, EDN, WDN, ATM and OTN.• Manage annual budget for ILWI Region on Voice, Data and Voice Mail platforms.
