Get-The-Game (GTG) was an end-to-end sports statistics service that provides a real-time connection of game input from an official statistician’s laptop to a web browser or many other types of viewing interfaces including Flash and mobile interfaces. My responsibilities included designing and developing the software, manage 4 developers in the development of the application platform, maintain vendor relationships including Exodus data center, and contribute to the overall company strategy.

Primary areas of responsibility were to establish and maintain IT department for a startup Internet development company though 2001 and growth to 175 internal users. I assisted CTO in designing the development environment that included PVCS VM, CM & Tracker deployment, engineering and workflow, and defining processes of code promotion. In 2000, reported to VP of IT and maintained technical duties which included assisting in clients deployments of Business Logic Corporation product line, trouble shooting issues application and network related in BLC's development environment as well as client issues. Internal responsibilities included designing and implementing new infrastructure for 50,000 ft office space (summer & fall of 2000), managed WAN environment between 4 remote locations, telecom provisioning, vendor relationships, budgeting, manage teams from 2 to 8 people on specific projects, and maintaining vendor relationships.
