During the pandemic, I created a pro-bono initiative to connect insight professionals to not-for-profits needing support across the world. 90 volunteers came on board. We provided support to 40 organisations and got fantastic feedback.

I led the team that launched the 'Life After Stroke Campaign' to support all stroke survivors to make their best recovery. Through this my team secured funding and kicked off the development of new clinical guidelines for childhood stroke. We changed the law on the rights of carers to state support. We secured over £3m in donations. We moved the charity.

Wrote a series of research and case study reports about the lives of adults with a learning disability which I used to secure changes in the law and professional practice.

Led a campaign on the need for more research into the causes of premature birth. I loved my time at this regional charity and learned a lot about the intersection of campaigns work, research and media work.

This was my first startup; doing photography and filmmaking for clients. I got to travel around the world. I put on an exhibition of my photographs, at the OXO Tower Gallery on London's Southbank. One of my my most important projects was making a film about one of the UK's only psychiatric inpatient units for children and young people; a lesson in the.

In this role, I met celebrities and visiting healthcare delegations and introduced them to the incredible Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. I also supported the press team, including with crisis response during major incidents.
