• Continue the creation, development, and distribution of the newly redesigned website through the development and implementation of a social media strategy to improve SEO and further develop the digital presence of the College of Business.• Create, format, and send the bi-weekly College of Business email Newsletter using MailChimp.• Analyze and report on website traffic, email campaigns, and social media impressions and engagement through the use of Google analytics and gathering Facebook analytics and other social media data into a Microsoft Excel workbook.• The website has seen a 75% increase in the number of visitors and a 50% increase in total page views.• Engagement on College of Business social media increased 443%, from 92 engagements in August to a current monthly average of 500.

• Coordinate the recruitment, registration, and training of approximately 1,000 volunteers per year.• Supervise and manage volunteers throughout the training process and one-day event to ensure the 500+ homeless participants receive the appropriate respect, care, and services.• Applied for and received a grant to develop and implement a video reflection booth; enabled a volunteer promotion video.

• Manage the seven member Communications Team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining the public image of the Creighton Center for Service and Justice while promoting sponsored events. • Developed, implemented, and continually updated a social media strategy which consisted of creating a niche twitter account (currently over 350 followers), promoting blogging by students, further development of presence on Facebook (currently over 890 likes), and the web through an integrated marketing strategy.• Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns.• The work of the communications team receives an average of 65,000 impressions a month• Team member on the University wide social media committee to manage the top-level university level social media accounts

Core Team As the web master (Typo 3, Wordpress, and transitioning to Drupal), work on the Communications Team which is responsible for the effective communication of all CCSJ programs, news, and opportunities through email blasts, newsletters and other print media, social media, and the web. Lead over 150 students in Weekly Service and Reflection to the Siena/Francis House each year. As part of the Service Trips Core Team, planned and implemented Fall and Spring Break Service Trips for 350 students to 45 sites across the country.

• Oversee and coordinate operations in the park on a $19,000 budget.• Manage a staff of nine to provide site security, escort/assist patrons into the park for performances, and ready the site for performances.• Coordinate and facilitate nightly events and schedule with the Production Manager.• Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.• Ensure the highest level of satisfaction possible for the 2,500 patrons per night, approximately 30,000 throughout the festival.
