I managed my part time football career while simultaneously finishing undergraduate studies as well as my coaching responsibilities. I was centre midfield in 20 man squad which involved committing to 10+ hours a week of intense physical training on pitch and in the gym.Another key responsibility was representing the club in marketing and promotional activities including national events, conducting interviews and acting as a mentor to younger members of the club.

In my role I'm responsible for providing support for clubs, players and parents all over Australia to assist with the PlayFootball online registration system. I maintain a precise record of support provided and escalate serious issues that arise when necessary. I am the first point of contact when answering phone calls and communicate in a friendly tone whilst handling all customer complaints in a respectful manner. I am also responsible for processing payments over the phone, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

After a month trial with Colchester United, I signed with them in their National Youth Alliance Competition. As part of this I also played the FA Youth Cup and the National Youth Alliance Cup. I also attended marketing and promotional activities and events as required. Whilst playing full-time, I completed an Elite Players Education Program with the club; including nutrition, media management and sports management.
