CurrentThe HMRC is a major account within the Eviden Public Sector & Defence portfolio, with a t/o of £128m, assisting in transforming the HMRC user interfaces through a combination of application development and digitalisation, while ensuring a value for money proposition.Key Achievements: • Successfully managed the financial transformation of an account that grew from £3.5m in 2020 to £8m in 2021, £86m in 2022 and £128m in 2023, ensuring account financial and non-financial KPI’s were met… Show more The HMRC is a major account within the Eviden Public Sector & Defence portfolio, with a t/o of £128m, assisting in transforming the HMRC user interfaces through a combination of application development and digitalisation, while ensuring a value for money proposition.Key Achievements: • Successfully managed the financial transformation of an account that grew from £3.5m in 2020 to £8m in 2021, £86m in 2022 and £128m in 2023, ensuring account financial and non-financial KPI’s were met or bettered year on year.• Build and enhance excel files for data collection of more than 1,000 billable resources, ensuring complete invoicing accuracy, given the customer absolute trust and transparency of work effort being invoiced, which leads to the customer paying our invoices in month, therefore generating in excess of £12m of cash in advance monthly.• Mentoring finance graduates through a semester of their graduate program, ensuring they roll off the account as competent FBP’s, who have gained the necessary experience and business exposure to enable them to take on junior FBP positions within the Eviden organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure individual project P&Ls are managed optimally and all KPI’s are achieved, push for the most efficient management of the working capital position on each delivery. • Drive the financial outcomes of the business, engaging across the account from executive leaders to front line operational delivery colleagues to maximise positions. • Transpose the strategic ambition of the leadership team into explainable financial targets.
