As the District Energy Engineer for our New York City, Long Island and New Jersey offices, my role includes the following:- Utilizing advanced building automation systems and cloud-based programs to optimize building operation- Using data analytics to drive additional energy efficiency opportunities for existing clients- Leveraging existing customer base to provide energy efficiency services- Developing projects under New Jersey's Pay for Performance Program- Assisting in thermal (ice) storage optimization for existing clients- Analyzing strategies for thermal storage operation to maximize incentive/rebate dollars- Analyzing demand management strategies- Assisting account managers and sales engineers in qualifying project opportunities- Developing performance contracting opportunities for U.S. Government facilities

Conducted various ASHRAE Level energy audits for multifamily and commercial buildings throughout the tri-state region. Experienced with multifamily buildings, include auditing low-rise low-income housing, to mid-rise new construction. Experienced in commercial building audits include offices of various sizes, schools, museums, municipalities, garages, and police and fire departments. Has worked with dozens of local governments in New Jersey, large property owners in NYC, property managers, building managers and federal government agencies. Gained experience with retro-commissioning per Local Law 87 and LEED EB+OM requirements.

Assisted senior mechanical engineers with technical drawings, technical report writing and documentation. I also contacted vendors regarding pricing on products and for technical specifications.
