Post-Let Deputy Program Manager for GDOT General Engineering Services / Construction Engineering and Inspection contract - P3 Program

I have significant structural engineering experience involving advanced structural analysis, load and resistance factor design (LRFD) and load factor design (LFD), steel design, reinforced concrete design including slab systems, prestressed concrete design, structural modeling, structural dynamics (seismic design), hydraulic and hydrological design, as well as load rating bridges for structural capacity and the rehabilitation of those structures. I have experience with specialized projects involving innovation to find sound structural solutions. My experience includes analyzing Post-Tensioned Box Girder bridges for structures damaged by traffic, creating finite element models for continuous deck slab superstructures, and creating load path routes for AASHTO loads and Permitted Loads for the State of Georgia. My bridge hydraulic experience ranges from simple culvert analysis to multiple opening analysis and unsteady-state, tidal analysis. I have also gained experience in gusset plate design by assisting in the creation of spreadsheets to analyze truss system gusset plates to ensure their compliance with the new Federal guidelines.
