I work with clients to optimize their printing solutions and marketing programs. Whether it’s direct mail campaigns, printed marketing collateral, or large format signage and graphics, achieving my clients’ goals while making their lives easier are my main priorities. As a hands-on and decisive account manager, I bring industry knowledge, prompt service and proactive ideas to the table to support these efforts. I also use a collaborative and team-oriented approach; both are important to delivering great service and products. This means bringing togethering my clients’ teams and the Hatteras creative and production teams. I’ve found leveraging multiple perspectives to tailor solutions for each client gets the best results - from conceptualizing ideas to engineering the products to supporting the brands’ campaigns and response. Being knowledgeable in digital, offset and large-format printing, I can effectively communicate to clients the features of each - what makes sense and will benefit them. I also share insights on the latest industry trends and focus. Clients appreciate that.
