I have experience in all aspects of information technology architecture, operations, security, data warehousing, networking and software development.I held the US CIO position at McDonald's until June 2018. Responsibilities included application development, integration and support for McDonald’s USA Restaurants and corporate departments including operations, digital, marketing, training, supply chain and franchising. In my role, I oversaw next generation quick-service restaurant software and hardware for a $40B+ business segment, including cashless and mobile ordering and payment systems, in all restaurants operated and franchised in the US.
