Those years would see the inside sales management group under my leadership perform - growing by at least 150% each year in "stick count", revenue or both. As a believer in the inspection and audit process, I enjoy leveraging systems like I3, AVAYA, CISCO and Salesforce to allow for recalibration when and where necessary. I implemented a process with three individual teams that has resulted in growth for my indirect sales team of at least 50% growth in every year I have occupied the role and better than doubled that in 13'. Leveraging duties in multiple capacities (Bus Dev, Sales Enablement, Analytics, etc), we Identified process improvements with both a cross sales unit (that in turn doubled the size of that group) and took a retention organization that would see increased revenue by over 1200% in my first year alone responsible for the team.With the acquisition of Mercury Payments, became responsible for the Mercury portfolio. Relocating to Colorado developing and executing enterprise strategy relative to deepening relationships with dealers, developers, ISV, ISO, other referral partners and existing merchants. Driving the strategy and overseeing performance of two teams across three centers whom have executed numbers that far exceed sales targets. Relationships with strategic partners were squarely in the integrated payments space managing partnerships as small as a one location POS reseller to partnerships with multiple 300 location restaurant franchise operating under a unified umbrella.
