Reporting to the group's Chief People Officer, I presently occupy a leading role in the implementation and deployment of a state-of-the-art HR Information System (HRIS) across all markets within the group. I am also heavily involved in other key strategic HR initiatives particularly those involving the use of technology and people analytics.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, I have participated in succession planning, talent identification, talent retention initiatives through the group's talent development programme, amongst other group-wide HR projects. As part of my role, I have also provided HR support to Motherwell Bridge Industries Ltd and have also fulfilled interim HR Manager duties at other companies within the group such as Carmelo Caruana Co Ltd and Premier Restaurants Malta Ltd.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, I was responsible for the planning and management of all Human Resources functions and activities across the companies within the division, namely PTL, Apco Systems and Apco Ltd.

I have managed day-to-day HR operations and provided support for full spectrum of human resource functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, learning and organization development, performance management, employee relations, HR reporting, HR administration, ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.Between 2012 and 2013 I have worked very closely with the company's Director of Human Resources to devise a new HR stategy and direction for the company.
