• Sr member of a team of consultants nationwide responsible for design, implementation, Sr administration, as needed tier 3 escalation support of enterprise networks at corporate HQ, datacenter & branch locations.• Core responsibilities included creating/reviewing runbooks, proof of concepts, high-level implementations, major change requests and post implementation documentation in all areas of the network.• Additional responsibilities included optimizing best practices, policies, and procedures, reviewing analyzing MOP, network schematics including logical and physical diagrams and as-needed tier 3 escalation support.• Core technologies include but not limited to routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS), switching, and security (Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto) throughout enterprise networks in data center, corporate to regional/branch offices. • Additional technologies include but not limited cloud including AWS, Azure, Zscaler, wireless, voice, MYSQL, HTML, CSS, PHP, Visual Studio, and GitLab.

• Member of a team of professionals responsible for day-to-day administration, high-level escalation support, implementation, project coordination, and client/vendor relations of enterprise LAN/WAN clients.• Technologies handled by the team include but not limited to routers, switches, voice, security including firewalls and VPN, and system technologies including servers, active directory, exchange, and user management.
