About Patrick Queally
I am a real estate financing expert, passionate about helping people navigate the complex waters of mortgage financing. Leveraging my 30+ yrs experience in helping consumers, I am always seeking to make a broader impact in my community through education and support of those who are seeking fiscal literacy and debt management tools to become homeowners. As the son of immigrants, I deeply understand the value of hard work in order to provide a better life for your family and achieve the American Dream of homeownership. I found that in the mortgage business, I can help the people in my community by guiding them down the path to owning their home. Starting in the business as a loan processor and then an underwriter, I mastered the nuances of lending guidelines and massaging an application into a workable financing structure that met strict lending requirements. It has been in my role as a Loan Officer that I came to truly understand how to also meet the needs of the client. I learned to reduce first-time home buyers’ stress and give them the confidence they needed to buy a home and manage their debt by delivering clear and constant communication. My deepest satisfaction has come from bringing others together in the industry, with the heart of a servant leader, teaching and sharing the lessons I have learned with other professionals so that we can all work together to support consumers. In this industry I have found my natural ability to be able to help people, to build solid solutions and viable action plans to work through financial hurdles to realize the goal of homeownership.CAREER HIGHLIGHTS The Loan Orphanage. Book Author
CurrentHave you been abandoned by your Loan Officer? Are you part of the Loan Orphanage?I am thrilled to announce the release of my book, "The Loan Orphanage.” This book summarizes both my personal journey and the professional knowledge I've gained during my 30 years in the mortgage business. It's designed to be a comprehensive guide that simplifies the mortgage financing process and equips you with the tools to make informed decisions every step of the way. I’m happy to share this book as a resource with you.Who is the " Mortgage Adoption Program" for?• First-time Buyers• Real Estate Investors• VeteransOver the years I have encountered many "Orphaned Consumers"-those that are victims of a strictly transactional relationship, where their previous Loan Officer was only interested in getting them to the closing table and they have not received any mortgage and financing advice since. That's why I created the "Loan Orphanage" where all of the above types of consumers are welcomed to be adopted into my mortgage practice.I hope you enjoy the book, and please share the link with friends, family, and colleagues--really anyone you know that deserves a better mortgage experience. Your endorsement by sharing the book means a great deal to me and I believe it can make a positive impact on making financial decisions. If you do find anything in the book that is helpful to you, it would mean a lot to me if you would please leave a review on Amazon.

I’m lucky to have one of the best jobs in the world, it allows me to help my clients structure their mortgages to create and preserve wealth for themselves and future generations. I help them to minimize budgeting related stress, to reach their savings and retirement goals, to put their children through college, and to reach other financial goals that matter to them. ➤ Basically, I find ways to maximize and manage cash flow while minimizing tax and other non-preferred debt obligations. I love what I do because I can really help people not only purchase homes, but also use mortgages to change their financial lives for the better. I find that I’m typically working with three different types of clients: ➊ The first type are just starting out, the first time buyers that have never been through the process before. Its all new and scary to them, and they don’t know how the process should work, or if they’ll even be successful in the process to buy a home. ➋ The second type are really dissatisfied with the overall quality (or lack thereof) of the mortgage and financing advice they have received in the past or are getting currently and don’t really know who to trust in these troubling times in the financial fields. ➌ And the third type are doing well, they have a relationship with a mortgage professional, but think it could be better in terms of the services and advice being offered.➤ Your mortgage is generally the largest financial expense you will ever have, and you should have a competent & experienced pro working for you to make sure you're structuring it the best way possible. So if you're falling into any one of the above categories, we should talk. ➤ Here is a link to my calendar so you can schedule a time to talk that works for you, copy & paste the following into your browser: https://calendly.com/team-patrickPatrick Queally Loan Officer License #26990
