I find that I’m typically working with three different types of clients: ➊ The first type are just starting out, the first time buyers that have never been through the process before. Its all new and scary to them, and they don’t know how the process should work, or if they’ll even be successful in the process to buy a home. ➋ The second type are really dissatisfied with the overall quality (or lack thereof) of the mortgage and financing advice they have received in the past or are getting currently and don’t really know who to trust in these troubling times in the financial fields. ➌ And the third type are doing well, they have a relationship with a mortgage professional, but think it could be better in terms of the services and advice being offered.➤ Your mortgage is generally the largest financial expense you will ever have, and you should have a competent & experienced pro working for you to make sure you're structuring it the best way possible.
