Chartered Civil Engineer with particular expertise in Traffic & Transportation with extensive experience and expertise in a number of areas including Traffic & Transportation Assessments, traffic management, mobility management, junction & network modelling, stakeholder engagement and technical report writing. I am well versed in working on an individual basis and as part of an overall design team to achieve the project goals in the most efficient and appropriate manner possible.Throughout my career I have worked on of a wide variety of projects from both the public and private sector. These range from smaller scale, individual developments to large scale schemes involving key infrastructure. Notable projects include The Children's Hospital of Ireland, the N24 Carrick-on-Suir Bypass and the Grand & Royal Canal Premium Cycle Routes. I have considerable experience with a number of key softwares including TRANSYT, VISSIM, Arcady, Oscady, Picady, AutoCAD and Trics. I have been awarded Chartered Engineer status by Engineers Ireland and am a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation. In addition, I am a qualified CEEQUAL Project Assessor.I have also recently completed Postgraduate Diploma's in both Project Management and Health & Safety in Construction (Trinity College Dublin) to further broaden my skillset and areas of expertise.
