Oversaw the implementation of UCSF’s APeX (Epic) Electronic Medical Records System – had one of the top ranked practices in revenue collections (budget vs. actual) post-APeX go-liveWorking along side the medical director, we implemented a new model of primary care practice at UCSF. Model focused on multidisciplinary care, team-based structure, open access and LEAN operations. Primary Care practice ranked highest in profitability and patient satisfaction amongst all UCSF primary care practices.

UCSF Spine Radiosurgery Program: Developed and implemented a multi-phase project that lead to the creation of the UCSF Spine Radiosurgery Program. Project consisted of a thorough market share analysis, creation of a strategy and business plan, financial modeling and operational workflows. Emergency Department Patient Flow Redesign: Evaluation of patient flow efficiency and eventual implementation of a split-flow model. Extensive work done in creating buy-in among providers and clinical support teams.Accountable Care Organization Strategy Committee: Responsible for developing an internal tracking system (dashboard) and other analytics for UCSF's first venture into an Accountable Care Organization.
