Authored "Crazy Quality Manager"​ incentive program that resulted in center quality moving from 10th to 4th place in the enterprise in January 2002. Chaired Fun at Work committee that helped lower employee attrition to lowest level in contact center history. Developed center-wide recognition program named "Balanced Performer"​ that helped Tallahassee meet it's AHT and Attendance goals. Call center closed.
