Career Services is a Training & Education company specialising in the nationwide delivery of entrance exam preparation courses that are designed to help candidates into a wide range of careers, apprenticeships and third-level courses.In 2015 I took on the role of Operations Director to help the company develop its brand and transition towards a contemporary e-learning platform. As well as this I am responsible for managing the sales process of each individual course and setting sales targets based on information gathered from market research and previous campaign results.I also manage the self-initiated internal reporting procedure to ensure that the Career Services team are continuously communicating with each other in a clear and professional manner and remaining on-track with their own individual responsibilities.

I was responsible for analysing current market trends with regard to the used car market and developing a sales strategy. I also assisted in residual values for used cars in the market and acted as a consultant to my department and customers.

I joined Enterprise Rent A Car in September 2004 as a Managment Trainee, during my time on this graduate programme I learned our rental business from the groud up. I was very active at local marketing for the branch I was assigned. Other skills I learned in this role were Customer Service, Profit, Sales Strategy, Growth Strategy, Targeting, Business development, Employee development and Business Managment. This role helped develop me for my first promotion at Enterprise Rent A Car.
