I develop professional communication skills in teams of students through weekly sessions to foster team cohesion. I promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills by engaging students with innovative teaching methods.

I worked as a team with other instructors to improve water proficiency through personalized instruction by creating modular and effective lesson plans for youth aged 3-13.

I was responsible for leading a team of 35 lifeguards by managing pool safety, lifeguard training and scheduling, and coordinating with the facilities director regarding pool maintenance. I also engaged with 800+ members frequently by answering questions, resolving disputes, and exceeding their needs to deliver an exceptional experience.

I collaborated with eight other coaches on a highly trained staff to instruct and mentor over 200 youth across four different age groups. Athletes ranged from no to advanced water proficiency, requiring adaptability and experience in my approach to their training.
