As part of this project I spent 12 months in New Jersey.I was the PI and Discoverant Subject Matter Expert (SME) at a large American integrated Pharmaceutical. I provided internal consulting on solutions and for the setup and installation of a proof-of-concept laboratory. I was the technical leader for requirements for a custom tool to migrate data between an in-house data historian and OSIsoft PI. I was the technical leader for a validation document package for rolling out OSIsoft PI. As part of this mandate I spent 6 months in Indianapolis.I was a member of the core team assessing manufacturing facilities of a large American integrated Phamaceutical. The team was responsible for the identification and remediation of issues affecting manufacturing systems across all manufacturing sites and distributions centers in anticipation of a SAP roll out. I surveyed plants in Mexico, Puerto-Rico, the USA, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, and Japan.

As part of this project I visited most of Lafarge's NA cement plants over a period of 9 months.
