Successful entrepreneur with strong leadership experience, deep insight in risk management, compliance and real estate, Patrick is a thoughtful executive and independent board member.After having studied law and having practiced at the Geneva bar during almost 10 years, Patrick got an exposure to global corporation as he worked for a European banking group and a large tobacco company. In this last position, he developed shareholder engagement and CSR work.Back to entrepreneurship, Patrick co-founded a well-recognized Swiss real estate asset management firm (Procimmo SA) in 2007. As its managing partner he grew the business until it managed five Swiss real estate funds and a total asset under management of 1.6 bn. This company is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.After almost 10 years of experience on the Swiss real estate market, Patrick remained as the chairman of the board of this asset manager and decided to focus on international real estate, mainly the US market. In 2016, Patrick founded Stoneweg US LLC, a owner/operator company based in St Petersburg, Florida. The Company employs 40+ people in 2023. Its portfolio comprised 13,000+ of ESG compliant workforce housing units in 14 different States.Simultaneously Patrick is willing to take more responsibilities in a large companies’ board, where he wants to add value with risk management and with what he calls “disruptive board” management. In a fast changing world, Patrick believes that board and companies at large have to get ready for disruption, not only technological disruption, but also economic, politic and environmental disruption.
