For my entire life, my passion has been improving things. Individual tasks fist, then processes, and finally systems. I love to dig into my client’s supply chain issues and provide innovative solutions to solve them at their root causes.I have done that my entire life.First while running a production department and looking for new ways to synchronise batch manufacturing with fill-packaging.Then when I became a SixSigma Master Black Belt and found answers to some fierce quality issues.Then while managing a production planning department and looking for ways to integrate suppliers for faster and cheaper deliveries.Then when I used AI to create optimised schedules in multi-constrained manufacturing environments.Then when I applied Lean tools to align production to real demand using the first rhythm-wheels, which later I codified into a constraint master production schedule tool.Then when I developed simulation tools and scenario analysis to support decision making for strategic S&OP: from supply chain network capacity, to supply chain risk analysis, to end-to-end supply chain optimisation, to new product launch.And finally by using the Demand Driven toolkit and DDMRP to deliver step-change improvements in supply chain performance.
