Profit in 2013: $19,000 Established sales discipline, activity metrics and production goals. Created new marketing efforts, including the trademark pending brand: “VITAL – Virtual Interactive Training and Learning, powered by OLL” Reorganized to deliver the largest guaranteed to run schedule in industry, while reducing break-even point by 22%. Replaced ½ of the sales force in 2012, expanded coverage while keeping fixed costs in-line. Wisconsin locations recognized as 4th highest in student satisfaction globally, December 2012.

Endries is a $200M+ value added distributor of fasteners and other class “C” items, specializing in VMI services for manufacturing companies.Promoted to Director level as a result of superior performance in building relationships and new business acquisition.  In 2010, recruited, trained and mentored the first national outside sales group for Endries. Supported growth and profitability expectations, helping lead Endries to most profitable year in 2010.  Responsible for management and growth of company's largest and most complex customers, with 2010 annual sales of over $75,000,000. Increased margin of these customers 4% as well. Created first outside sales training process in company history, including an intensive one-week in-house training program, documented binder of process and best practices and on-going mentoring and leadership of business development team. Helped manage team that completely re-tooled our web presence, including a total site redesign, and the addition of an on-line ordering system branded as Endries “Search and Shop”. Responsible for crafting the company's customer presentation format, content and message and continually training all outside associates on its use and value. Created documented business review process, template and PowerPoint for key accounts that documents the benefits that Endries brings in people, cost savings and value to each customer. Led team that selected company-wide CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics), created training materials, trained associates on its use and leading “flag bearer” for project.

Fox Valley Spring is a custom precision spring and wire form manufacturer. Helped grow business 1200% in 10 years. 2000 Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award winner.Primary personal responsibilities included leading the outside sales force, marketing strategies, and 6-member customer service and administration departments. Recruited and led national sales force consisting of 18 independent sales reps and 1 direct company territory manager. Led company to achieve ISO-9001:2000 certification December 2000. Created a spring design seminar for on-site training of customer’s engineering and quality departments.  Along with an outside programmer, developed a proprietary software program, which integrates document management, digital routing and customer relationship software. Also created an innovative CD-ROM design program and company guide, unique in our industry.  Team’s successes were featured on cover stories in the May 2001 Business and Industry Magazine, June 2001 Midrange Enterprise Magazine, and June 2001 Customer Service & Retention.  Featured as cover subject on Appleton Post-Crescent Annual Report for Industry and Technology March 24, 2002 and as cover story for Marketplace Magazine, May 18th, 2004. Named a Wisconsin Businessman of the Year by Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory Council, 2003 and 2004. Personally sold 9 of Fox Valley Spring’s 10 largest customers. Assisted in implementing $200,000 Symix Syteline ERP computer system. Created our corporate software to greatly improve accuracy and speed in creating customer quotations. Created tracking program for “Service Measurables”, including on-time product delivery, speed of quotation response, sales trends, quality rejections and customer issues.  In 1999, was offered shares in the privately held company, and was promoted to Vice President and given a seat on the Board of Directors.Company was sold in 2005.
